María José Jordán is putting the finishing touches on preparations to compete tomorrow to be chosen as the finalist in the S. Pellegrino Young Chef 2015 in Italy.
Twenty-four years of age, the young Peruvian chef has already earned her place as the best young chef of Latin America, after competing in the competition’s regional phase in March.
